Mei Wen is an Oxford, HBS, SingularityU educated engineer turned entrepreneur and investor. She has 15 years of experience in Robotics Engineering and Data Science and advises governments and corporations on exponential technologies and digital transformation. Formerly CEO of Startup Sweden and co-founder of Frogleap, an EU funded digital health accelerator and co-working space. She worked for Morgan Stanley, McKinsey & Co and IBM before founding Upgrade and Yinvest, where she carries out her community building and advisory roles.

Sino European (Xi’an) High-tech Zone Offshore Innovation Center is the first Europe-oriented innovation space in Northwest China, exploring the innovative science and technology space. It aims to accelerate the promotion of international technology transfer, and helps science and technology projects to enter the Chinese market.
