Cristina Scheau is the Director of Perception at Cruise. The Perception team builds cutting-edge systems and machine learning models to enable Cruise cars to understand the world around them.

Before joining Cruise, Cristina was leading a group responsible for the relevance of search surfaces and recommendation systems at Facebook. She built and scaled teams of 100+ applied scientists and engineers that delivered significant contributions to company topline across Facebook products through applied AI.
