Loïc Houssier

Loïc Houssier is a Vice President of Engineering at DocuSign in San Francisco, where he focuses mainly on supporting the world eSignature standard product.
Loïc is a seasoned leader, with 18 years of experience leading teams in software engineering, program management, security architecture, and critical infrastructure. Loic first joined DocuSign in November 2015 as Senior Director of Engineering based in Paris, France, after the company he was working for, OpenTrust, was acquired by DocuSign. Loïc served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Solution Architect at OpenTrust for more than four years.
Previously, Loïc worked in program management for the Naval Group (formerly known as DCNS), a French industrial group specialized in naval defense and marine renewable energy. He also served as an engineering manager and product owner for Thales’ security solutions and services division in Paris, and as product line manager and research engineer for Orange.
Loïc has a Master’s degree in Cryptography and Applied Mathematics from Université de Paris VII and Limoges.
